What may earn a commission

Today, this applies to at most one thing: a settings-page recommendation link to a hosting provider inside a Desk Anvil extension, disabled by default and only active if you configure it. As the portfolio grows, this page will be updated to name any other program in use.

How we choose recommendations

A Desk Anvil extension never rewrites, replaces, or injects an affiliate tag into a page you're viewing. Any affiliate link only ever appears inside our own interface — never on a page you're inspecting or editing. A recommendation is only added when it genuinely helps with the task the tool exists for, not to maximize clicks.

How commercial links are marked

Where a commercial or affiliate link appears in a Desk Anvil interface, it's labeled as such at the point you see it — not buried only on this page. This page is the general disclosure; the label on the link itself is what applies in the moment.
